Profile

Lee graduated from international trade faculty of Konkuk University (Korea) in 2018, and Kobe Graduate School of International Culture (Japan) with a master's degree, in 2021. He then joined OKAYA & CO., LTD. as a new graduate.
Lee was assigned to the non-ferrous metal department, and worked in sales for nonferrous metal raw materials such as copper and aluminum to Japanese copper elongation companies.
While experiencing the market themes such as EV in the automobile industry and carbon neutrality, Lee encountered the importance of expertised human resources.
Lee joined Genius in July 2023 to pursue a career as a consultant, willing to propose solutions to global companies from the HR side. He believes that excellent human resources regardless of nationality will lead the market through future Industrial Revolution.

2018년 건국대학교국제무역학과 졸업후, 일본유학 2021년 고베대학원국제문화연구과졸업후, 철강전문 상사(商社) 오카야코우키 입사. 비철금속부에 배치, 구리, 알루미늄등 비철금속의 원료판매를 담당 일본국내 신동(伸銅),압연 메이커를 중심으로 영업활동을 경험.
자동차업계의 EV화, 저탄소와 같은 테마에 주목하고있는 업계를 경험하면서 전문지식을 갖고 있는 인재의 확보의 중요성을 실감함과 동시에 산업혁명에 의해 국적과 관계없이 우수한 인재가 향후 시장을 주도할 것이라는 생각을 갖고 인재업계로 커리어 전환.
한국, 일본에서의 경험을 바탕으로 글로벌기업이 가지고 있는 과제를 적재적소의 인재를 제안하는 것으로 해결할 수 있다는 생각에 2023년 7월부터 지니어스 합류
